I have found a really good new exercise! I just purchased a Specialized - Hemi MX a few days ago. I can’t believe how hard BMX is! But I can say this; it’s whipping my lazy butt into shape. And combined with weight training my MX training is going really well.
I highly recommend BMX riding to anyone who has the knees to do it.
