yesterday i went riding at a friends house, and about 5 minutes after the bike was good and warm i went to hit this new 20 ft. double we have over this ravine type thing, long story short i overjump it and tear all the ligaments and seperate my shoulder in 3 places and , now i am bored and can't even play video games do to the brace and sling i'm in (i basically can't use my left arm at all) so the question is what do you guys do when you get hurt
