Just had a look at Grant Langston web site, looks like he is going to make a go of it this season, is holding on to second place, and is some 44 points behind Pastrana. Brown is in 3rd 15 points back.

Sounds like he and Pastrana had a great time working each others case at Red Bud, at least they can laugh about it, check out Gerald Langstons race report at the site.

Off the line Pastrana made a good start in moto 1 and came right across Grant which left him mid pack. Grant told me he made a mental note halfway down the start straight to repay the favour at the earliest convenience.
Going to the second start and seeing the yellow #1 Suzuki reminded Grant he had a favour to repay so he lined up next to Pastrana. Grant got the jump, moved across and put Pastrana way back in the field. (Note: after the race, both Travis and Grant laughed with each other about the 2 starts. Travis said he knew what was coming but as Grant got the jump there was nothing he could do).

I received an email from Gerald langston on Friday, said Grant was really going to go for it on Sunday, glad to see things worked out for him. It has got to take a lot of guts to race and win with an injury like his. Lets hope Pastrana is not too severely injured, a bang to the head is a serious thing ! :think
