cr250 linkage bearings

Im trying to replace the swingarm linkage bearings i got them out of the triangle one but not the fork rod looking one....im not sure if they press out or come out the way they came in?....iv tryed pressing and heat no luck...anyone tackle this project with any tips or tricks?

are you talking about the linkage rod or dog bone?

There is a lip on the inside you cannot press them out. You need a bearing puller.

If you don't have a puller this one works well my buddy has one and I have used it a few times. Motocross Shop

or use a hammer and long punch place the punch on the bearing and work it around slowly trying not to hurt the housing
