Hi Guys,
Recently I have modded the stock pipe on my 91KDX 200 as per the instructions on the Just KDX web page. It was an easy job and I reccommend it to anyone who is contemplating it as the power boost is big and my bike finally sounds like a two stroke should. (mind you I didnt weld it back together, I had a mate of mine do it with an oxy)
My question is, do I need to change to an aftermarket silencer now? The bike seemed to run fine, however the silencer on the bike at the moment makes an odd whistling noise during power band, it has always done this since I have owned it. I am getting the bike tuned shortly.
