I've got an 01 KDX 200. Sometimes when I slide the rear of the bike around in the garage to put it on the stand it leaks fuel out of the overflow tube. I'm curious if this can be considered "normal". It only happens when I really lean the bike and then stops immediately. Any input would be appreciated. I guess I could check the float level and I do need to look at rejetting the bike because it smokes and spooges quite a bit, but it runs so good and I'm not to the point of pulling off the carb yet.

Lower (in relation to the ground) the float level 2mm and your problem will mostly disappear. Do lean your jetting out. If you think it runs good now just rejet and you'll see a whole new bike. Start with a 155 main, a 45 pilot, air screw out 1 1/2 turns, and fine tune from there (that's assuming moderate temperatures, not cold weather).
