Ive noticed that my front tire has a slight shake in it and Im trying to figure out how to get rid of it, before it gets me in trouble . I cant tell if its in the axel, bearings, hub or somewhere else. Anyone have any advice for this problem. Oh yea Im still on the stock Excels that came on it. Thanks

You can easily check the bearings by seeing if you have play in the tire from side to side. Are your spokes tight? Is your rim bent? How does the tire free spin when it's on a stand? Does it wobble?

It almost looks like the free play is between the bearing and the axle. The spokes arent loose, and the rim looks round when spun. The tire free spins smooth and doesnt shake. It shakes like the bearings are loose, like side to side. Thanks for the help

Check the front axel. If one of your bearings seized, it will leave a nasty grove in the axel. Then check the bearings, there should not be any "play" between the inner and outer races. Good luck, YZ165
