I know how you fell Lori. Just lost my dog Shorty today. She had to be put down due to old age. She got so bad she couldn't stand and had no balance. Her last fall scared her so bad she wouldn't lay down. She had a hard time breathing, and her heart was thumping uncontrollably. She lost the desire to eat, and the descision was made to take her in. In the shape she was in, we weren't sure if she would last another night. She was 17 years old. She will be missed alot.
