green and red sticker bikes...

I have a quick question, i have been calling some people who were selling their bikes and seems like most or all 2004 models yz250f bikes are red stickers... So they dont sell green sticker bikes anymore or what? from 2004-present they are red stickers, unless they are enduro bikes or something?

2003 and older bikes are most green stickers?

i live in CA so this kinda sucks

if you want a "green sticker" 2-stroke, it got to be a 2002 or older.....2003 or newer and its a "red sticker" bike....

4-strokes it varies...for example the 05 and the 06 Yamaha WR450 is green sticker legal...the 05 and the 06 YZ450 is a redsticker...05 and the 06 Honda CR450R is "red sticker", but the off road model the CF450X is green sticker...

rough guidelines, motocross bikes "redsticker", some off road/enduro bikes "green sticker", it depends on their emissions....

thats kinda messed up tho, but i was mostly wondering about the yz250f did the red stickers start on those from 2004 - present? and 2003 and older are all greens?
