I use a Ford E-350 ext. high top van for my hauler. It works great, I can haul 3 bikes and sleep in it for enduro's. I also can keep all my moto stuff in it during the week. When I used a pickup I was always loading and unloading.

I have a 1/2 T Pickup. I had a slide-in camper and a enclosed trialer, but the 1/2 ton was a little light duty for the job. Before I bought the van, I was looking to upgrade to a 3/4 or 1 T truck. Well I found the van I sold my camper and trailer, and did'nt have to buy a heavier pickup, about a $10k swing!!! Works for me!!!
