HELP--Need article from Jan '03 Dirt Rider Mag

We have a subscription to Dirt Rider Magazine. Somehow, we only received the front page of the January 2003 issue. I e-mailed Dirt Rider, and was told that they'd send a replacement. The replacement never arrived. I wrote again and was told that they're out. I asked if I can have a reprint and they don't have reprints.

The article I wanted to read is listed on the cover as "Dick Burleson's Cold Weather Riding Tips." I'd love to have a photocopy of just that article, please!
