One of my brothers came up with motohead to use on yahoo when we were emailing each other. The 00 was from my BMX days before joining the ABA and being santioned and then running 38T. 00 was my lucky number, I never lost a race with that number while racing BMX. My brothers were motohead17 and motohead71 and I was motohead00 while we all kept in touch regularly and it just carried over to DRN.
On another note, on the offshore drilling rigs that I work on I am also known as Cueball. Not because I have a bald head, it's because the only time I move is when you hit me with a stick! :)
When asked by some auto internet sight to give a name speedy(tounge in cheek)came to mind, the TS are my first and last initials, and the 49 was my age at the time. Used to be 48 but now should be 50 and hoping to extend that for some time to come. good post!

lookin for a 89 to 99 at a good price for the old guy
So Cal
Came up with mine from the position I am normally seen in. Really it should be 'falling' Scot or Fallen Scot would be more appropriate and have more meaning as I left Scotland 11 years ago to live in the States, my name would then have 2 meanings.
My other interest (sickness) is flying. I built an RV6 sport plane that I still own and fly - when I not riding. I do a lot more riding than flying. Mabe I should change it to KDXjunkie!
Meridian (Boise). Right now I'm riding the Owyhees (Rabbit Creek, Hemmingway), around the 2800' level. In the summer, the mountains around the 7000' level. Not enough snow in the mountains for good sleddin' yet.
timr@*.com was the first e-mail address that I ever had. Our e-mail naming convention at the time was first name first initial of last name. Some of the e-mail addys became people's nick names. Mine was Timr pronounced Timmer.
One of my friends at work, Don Keith, was donk. Good nick name, "What's up Donk?"
Follow me on this one guys.......I am a Police Officer and on my name plate it has T. Moore. While arresting a really drunk lady, she wanted to make a complaint against me. She asked for my badge number and name. I gave her my badge number and told her my name was on my shirt. She read my name tag and said, " ok Mr. T. Mooooooooo." I about pissed myself. The problem is that there were several Deputy Sheriff's and othe of my officer's on the call. They all about pissed themselves also. Well, the next day, I call one of my buddies. His wife answers the phone and tells him that TMooooooo wants to talk to him. The name stuck.
TMOO, there's these two cops on bikes doing a speed trap on Chestnut, just south of Herndon. Problem is, I like to haul ass down that road on my way to and from work. Can you do something about them? Send them down to the projects to mop up some gang bangers or something.
Thanks!
Oh, and keeping with the topic, zio (pronounced zee-oh for you midwesterners and TTRGuy) is italian for uncle. My nickname ever since my nephew was born in 1992.
Zio, that is so funny. I am getting ready right now to go take my interview for the Motor Unit. Get paid to ride a motorcycle, thats the job for me. They are really working traffic city wide. We have more traffic deaths than we do from murders. If you know Fresno, that is crazy. People like to kill eachother here.
If you have ever been to RiverPark, I used to be one of the bicycle cops there and at Fashion fair. We should hook up and go ride some time.
I have 2 passions: music (I'm a music teacher and play drums in a band)
and riding my KDX.
I keep waiting for my wife to say I have to pick one or the other, the band or riding. Being home on the weekends.....hmmm, what would I do with myself?
Anyway, if she ever asked, I honestly don't know which I'd choose. Let's just hope she never does!
A friend of mine gave me the nickname "Roland the Conqueror" back in high school. I certainly can't say I did anything to "earn" that nickname; my friend had always come up with interesting nicknames like that for people. Well, one of my sisters kind of latched onto it and it stuck. I thought Roland C would be a little less pompous.
