God tips? Yeah, don't piss him off.

But a good tip for you bike question....order a service manual.

I am sure someone here could guide you through it, but it will take a lot of typing to make everything completely clear.

There's plenty of other stuff to make the purchase of the manual worthwhile.

LOL! I had to re-read it, but that is funny. :-)

Things have gotten so bad that I am not allowed to say the "m" word, apparently. It's what you need, though. Like reelrazor said, it is a long and drawn out ordeal.

Damn, sorry, that last post was just mean.

You might have better luck in the KDX section on here. Those guys know their Kawasakis and are your best bet on here.

Not sure how to do it but maybe this will help?
go to www.buykawasaki.com
click "view parts diagram" on left side of page
click "continue" to right of listing "motorcycle"
select your bike info. click "continue"
go down to #3 and click "click here to choose"
click "parts diagram"
on left side of page click "cylinder head/ cylinder"

this will give you an exploded view of all the components and may help you to figure it out.
Hope it helps!
