I have a 2000 WR360 with a 92 250 motor.......( dont ask)

Ok leakin oil out behind the counter sprocket.....Since the motor isnt a 2000 i dont really know what the correct hardware is to mount the sprocket to the shaft...

Seems the hardware being used dosent seat the sprocket down onto the bushing that slides into the seal....The bushing needs pressure on it to hold the o-ring tight so oil doesnt leak out. Well the way it is now, it just has a large flat washer agianst the sprocket so the sprocket can kinda float and puts zero pressure on the sleeve= oil leaking from o-ring....

I can have something machined at work, but i dont want to put to much pressure agianst that o-ring a have it split or wear incorrectley.......Can anyone help me with this?

What the $%^& does that washer/bolt assy look like to hold the sprocket....?
