I've got a 92 Husky TE350 that needs a piston/rings, but I am having hell finding one. Does anyone know if it could be bored or resleeved to accept a 410 piston. What is the difference in the two motors as far as bore/stroke etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Don't know if its any help but browsing a U.K website saw advertised
"'95 TE350(410)
510 barrel + piston to 420cc, same machine now as TE410"
maybe an option?
mail me direct for his email and he might be able to steer you in the
right direction regarding modifications

I deal in Husky parts mainly 4 stroke.I get in Wossner pistons (German) they make a forged aftermarket pistons. Not sure if there is a US distributor but many of the boxes I get have Wiseco labels on them not sure if they are owned by Wiseco.
The early 410 piston can be used on your 350 as the original TE410 had a 63mm crank as per 350 giving a capacity of 415cc.The later bikes post 95 has the reduced stroke of 60.8mm to make them legal for the 400 4stroke enduro class.
