Actually, we score them after the 60 day drying time, as required by B&C.

BTW, there may be a new world record whitetail, this time it was taken about 200 miles east of here. Apparently, it's going to be very close, depending on shrinkage during the required drying time.

So, that three pointer, is that two on the head, plus one below?

first gun i started out with was a new england firearms 20 ga. I still have it and even now (4 years since i started hunting) I think its the best gun i have

I did'nt read this whole thread,so I'm not sure if this has been brought up before, but anybody considering a .410 should look at the price of shells first. I have a Thompson Contender W/ a .410, 45 colt barrel that I like to shoot but I can't find .410 shells (3") for less than 8-9 bucks a box. (I don't shoot enough to justify reloading)
