I'm currently on a 200sx and infrequently race and finish mid pack in the Vet Nov (30+)class and will ride Senior Nov (35+) motos next year. I'm 5'8", 165 and my decent corner speed for the class can't make up for my fear of triples and the big doubles. I ride mostly in the midrange, yet the 200 gives me plently of power to do what I'm comfortable doing. It DOES suffer headshake when the speeds climb and the track gets rough.
My question: Do ya'll think a yz250f has comparable power to the 200sx for somone of my ability? Does the 250f suffer from headshake? I'm thinking about going the 4stroke route next year and was just starting my Christmas shopping early.
