Are there any wrist supports available for mx that won't interfere with riding technique (or lack thereof)? I've jammed my wrists a couple of times now. This last time it's taken over three weeks to heal and it's still painful. I was going into a turn, my front tire caught a rut funny and planted itself while twisting the handlebars all the way to the right and in the process jamming my left wrist. I did a superman seat grab (minus the seat grab) over the handlebars and since then my wrist has been in a world of hurt.

Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,

You might consider a sterring dampner, it would help from having the bars yankede out of your hands.
