Last year about this time I was riding and practicing starts. I went down with no knees pads (dumb, dumb, dumb, ahh that was dumb). My right one went straight to the rock hard ground. It swelled up a lot and hurt a like a b!tch. I got an MRI and the doc said there was a lot of fluid and some minor brusing and it would go away, eventually. Swelling has but the pain comes back sometimes. Today it came back to the point where I couldn't bend my knee.

Now, I believe that by doing some conditioning exercises it would strengthen the muscles and reduce pain. Would someone be able to give me some advise. Thanks
