KTM carb problem need help

We'll it seems that while riding my 90 250 today i've developed a carb problem , anytime the gas is on it discharges fuel out the lower fuel line on the bottom of the carb at a steady flow, the bike still runs fine until all the gas runs out , could it be that the floats are stuck???

Givce the carb a tap on the float bowl with the wooden handle end of a hammer to free the floats.

And if that doesn't work, get a bigger hammer. Just kidding, that's what I've done in the past. when out riding and that happened. But, when I got home I removed the float bowl,removed the floats and float needle and inspected for dirt or wear. Normally dirt has got in behind the needle and prevented it from seating.
