KX 100 top triple interchange

I am posting for a friend. He just bought this bike and was wondering if there was another triple off another bike that will replace his. He is looking for one that has removable bar clamps. This way when he goes to a fatty bar then he won't have to have the 1 1/8" adapters ontop of the bottom 7/8" clamp. Thanks in advance, and I hope that all that made sense. :)
