Pads soaked in oil will never feel the same. Get some parts cleaner made for brakes and drench the pads. While drying scuff the pads with some coarse sand paper. When the oil contaminated the pads it allowed heat and friction to glaze the pads, the only way to get the pads to feel like they are supposed to is to remove the glaze. Also don't forget to clean the rotor with some cleaner and steel wool or a scrub pad.

Good Luck!
