We picked up a CR125 for my son a while ago and it was a smokin' deal. I did notice it had a brand new front fender and FMF pipe as well as levers and grips. I figure it had some crash damage. Well it sure did and the owner was a little sketchy as to what happened except that the bike was too much for his son. It checked out but the throttle seemed very sticky so I took the bike and popped the throttle apart as soon as I got it home. Here's what I found AFTER I had to fight just to get it off the bars LOL! The whole assembly was packed with graphite, glue, dirt and gunk. A new Moose adjustable aluminum tube and some brake cleaner had it nice and crisp. How anybody could think of riding this bike the way it was is beyond me but it worked out in my favor big time.
