Memorial Day weekend at the Farm, 2006

A few simple rules.


4) Keep bikes away from cabins and pavilion, non riding family mermbers get peaved easily. Don't roost in and out of camp,it stirs up alot of dust.

What about the cabin that is right by the trail?

If the doctors say I can't ride....maybe someone will have a little pit bike I can cruise around on? *hint hint*

I don't see why I wouldn't be able to ride. I'm so slow in the trees I don't see how I could reinjure my jaw. :)

I think one of the links I posted earlier has a map to the Farm. I would guess that the first order of business is to agree on a time to meet up there for trail work. I'm somewhat free every weekend but that can change easily.

This link shows the map of the area. The Farm is at the intersection of two roads that end in water. The only way in is from the NW and the farm is where the "y" in Lone Chimney Lake is printed on the map.

Glad to see ya'll won't have to worry about Zero's C-dale burning the woods down w/that marshmallow roaster exhaust now that he's on a punkin.

This place is only open via invitation, make sure bswift or I are there before you show up.

We are a go for the weekend but I've not been able to arrange trail work. It would only take a morning with about 4 of us to make things good. We got plenty of rain so the ground should be in primo condition. Lots of face slappers and plenty of 8 legged blood suckers.

The drive in that weekend is gonna kill me, getting off at 7:30 am and heading straight down there....

I'll be heading up to the Farm around 7:00. I'll bring some trail tools and be ready for a nice HOT weekend. Don't forget bug spray.

Man, that was a BAD deja-vu! I still remember us pouring our camelbacks over our heads trying to cool down enough to QUIT!

I guess I'll drive arround and se how man sobriety check points I can hit till something looks familiar.
