Hello guys. Long time no see. Anyways, I was wondering for some of you southern people, if someone could tell me if there is a motocross track right off of I-75 south. I would be coming from Cincinnati, OH. My boys and I are looking to get out of the indoors here and back onto some outdoors. I was wondering if any of you guys know of any track on the north side of atlanta!!!

Hi Matt - here is a little info on some GA tracks that I pulled from www.motocrossactionmag.com in the tracks guide.

These two are north of ATL and you can see them from I-75, both on the west side of I-75:

Tunnel Hill - Dalton, GA (90 mi. north of ATL on I-75) - MX track - 706-673-6100
Calhoun - Calhoun, GA (70 mi. north of ATL on I-75) - SX track - 707-629-2820

Tunnel Hill looks really cool from what I remember. Step ups and tables and some bigger jumps. Calhoun is a smaller SX track.

Here is another listed as in Dalton, GA:

Riverview Raceway - Dalton, GA (90 mi. north of ATL on I-75) - MX and SX tracks - 707-629-2820

And here are a few more than I've heard are really cool, but they are a little farther away:

Bremen - Bremen, GA (50 mi. west of ATL) - MX and SX tracks - 770-941-8464 or 770-537-0219
Aonia Pass - Washington, GA (100 mi. east of ATL) - MX track - 706-678-3737
Hillbilly Hills - Roberta, GA (80 mi. south of ATL) - MX track - 912-788-0413

Might wanna do a search and see if you can find their web sites or give them a call and see when they are open for riding.

yes there is a track off of i75 as you go into georgia from tennessee - however, i don't know what track it is or if it is even in use (have not been by for some time). you can see it on the west side of i75 as you travel south.

however, i can vouch for http://www.diamondbacksportscenter.com/ as having nice tracks.

anyway, check out http://www.georgiaoffroad.com/ for many more riding areas.

if you want some good trail riding - about 4-hours south of cinci is my local riding area see: http://www.windrockatv.com/ and http://www.coalcreekohv.com/
