Need some help with my CRF250X

Just picked up a 04 CRF250X.

The guy I got it from had the suspension redone and placed new fork and shock springs and revalved it for a rider weighing 190-220 lbs. (Way to stiff :yikes: )

He gave me the stock fork and shock springs as well as all the stock parts that oringinally came with the bike.

Can anyone tell me what the weight rating for the stock springs are.

I am in the 165 to 180 weight range (depending on what time of the year it is LOL :) ).

Any help will be great.

i believe the service manual have that information, actually even the owners manual have it, i think.
