To the family who lost a precious child, I cannot begin to apologise enough for the horribly tragic situation you find yourself in. My family and I grieve for our loss as well as yours as in families we each accept the pain caused to others by our family members.
I will write to Jules personally as I believe this sort of thing should not be discussed at such a level as this.
