This past weekend a buddy and I were out riding and he *claimed* he knew the trail. He puts me in the lead and said "All's clear." (no rocks, logs, etc.) We come up on a slight crest in the trail... I look to him... he gives me a thumbs up... I open the throttle and take off. I was about 15 feet in the air when I see a rock in the middle of the trail... right where I'm going to land. :( CLEAR MY BUTT! Wham! The bike hits the rock and bounces us both off the trail. I land on one side of the trail and my baby lands dead on the other side. My buddy comes over the crest and sees me laying there. So what does he do? He LAUGHS so hard he falls off his bike. Yeah yeah really funny... until we go to start my bike... nothing. :( I had to push my baby 2 miles back to the trucks. My friend felt bad so I got a new pair of gloves out of that deal. I get my baby home to find that all he needs done is to replace the exhaust. I drop him off at another friend's place to get things patched up... but it doesn't end there. I went by tonight to pick up the bike and my buddy breaks the news that there is a crack in the frame. :scream: :( I was going to retire him this year, but I guess I'll have to do it sooner than expected. Long story short I'm in the market for a newer CR125. Grrrrrrrrrrr!!!!
