I got a chance to ride the new Steed this weekend, man what a nice bike. Many improvements over last years. The aluminum frame is great the bike is real nimble, almost like riding a 250 2T. :cool:

07 WR250F Mods.

Unhook gray wire, remove AIS system, remove air box lid, cut throttle stop, air screw plug knocked out, kickstand removed, Leo Vince X 3 full TI exhaust system, Water Wetter radiator additive, Enduro Eng. hand guards & hand covers with Marsh bar inserts, Unibiker Radiator Guards, GPR dampener & post, Iridium plug, front & rear grab handles, Moose brake pins, Magura Hydraulic clutch. Bike Bonz triple clamp hand guard mount, shorty tank vent, Enduro Eng axle pulls, 773 Dunlop front tire, S-12 Michelin rear tire, Moose heavy duty tubes front & rear, ICO Enduro computer with Pro billet mount, Enduro Eng. roll charts holder. Enduro Eng. score card holder. Marsh custom decals.

Good for you. I see Yammie got smart and got the decals off the gas tank. I heard that the top speed on them changed and the gearing is tighter -true?

Fred, don't know about the top speed it seems slower than the 06 but it gets there much faster. Gearing is tighter.
As "gone riding Don" I'm still breaking it in, only got 68 miles this weekend.

I got tired of the barkbusters coming loose from hitting trees, go figure, so I machined some out of allen head bolts. They work well, ask Fred T he has a set.

Wow. 93.1 DB and impressive HP increase/Torque curve over stock with the Leo Vince set up.

That is one nice bike!

After having an WR250F 01, 04, 06 and now a 07 I know what works.
I rode a stock one and thought to my self "What the #%*$ did you do buying another one"
But after riding this one it is right.

When I get them back I will sell them for $20.00 each. I eliminated 2 job postions. Look at the money I can make. Man What a Country!
