I talked with Kav lst night and they think VERY soon. :cool:

Steff just called and they have transferred Quentin to the hospital in New Bern, which is only 20 odd minutes from home.

Kav and Steff will get to sleep in their own bed soon and it will only be a blink in time before Quentin joins them.

Just heard from Steff and Quentin hit 4 lbs today with is a magic number.

Soon he will be in a regular bassinet (forgot what they call the current one but it helps regulate his temperature). As soon as he is able to learn how to breast feed and bottle feed they will be looking at releasing him to go home.

It will not be long now!!! :nod:

It's been awhile and Quentin is doing great. He is 7 lbs 3 oz as of today.

Great pics Kav. Looking at the size of his hands already makes me think he'll be a BIG one before you know it.

Just a quick update, Quentin is now 8 pounds 10 oz, so now he's double the size he was when he came home!

He keeps doing even better then the doctors expect.

Cute kid ya got there. Enjoy him while you can, they grow fast! If he keeps doubling his weight every 6 months, he will be 512 pounds by the time he's 5!
