Polaris 400cc won't idle...

Just Rebuilt my 400cc Polaris Scrambler 4x2 Quad. Bored out 1 over. Rebuild went fine. Have to choke the machine to start it, even after its warmed up, won't hold an idle on its own, has no bottom end, just kinda coughs along until it hits the power band then it takes off and runs fine.
I'm at a loss on where to go from here. This was my first rebuild.

You probably have a plugged pilot jet, but this being a dirtbike site, your question might be better answered at a quad site like www.atv.com
