Mt first motorcycle experience was on an old ugly BMW with a sidecar. My father let me "drive", but never had his hands far from the grips. I was ten. A year later, Christmas brought a B&S 3 HP Charlie Brown minibike into my life. I've only ridden one quad for any length of time. One of my friends let me use his Suzuki 230 Quadsport for a day, and I rode it sans bucket. (Must be a quad thing... :D )

A long time ago...

The first ride was a z50. I crashed it many times, and be damned if I know what became of it.

Then a friend of mine got a 1984 LT125. The very first model year for 4 wheeled ATVs! No suspension... We rode it for 6 months with no oil. We put a quart in, and suddenly it smokes. Bad mistake! :think

And then 4 years later I get a 300EX. During the 4 years, I rode a few bikes, but nothing is as fun as my quad. (Feel free to quote me.)

1972 Honda MR 50

For you kids that is a bike. I believe it was a MR, it was definitely a Honda, 50cc, and all metal.
Dad took me to the bike shop under the guise that he was looking for a Honda pump. I ran to the bikes and jumped on that 50. He said that if I could start it, I could have it. One kick later and I was circling the gravel parking lot on the side of the building. Awesome day, never forget it, I love my daddy. (yes I am 36 and not ashamed to admit it)
What I can't remember is, did I crash into the house more, or was it the chain link fence?:think

That bike ran for 13 years and went through 4 of us kids.
