Recently Yahoo made a change in their privacy policy that can significantly increase the amount of spam mail sent to you. If you have setup a personal Yahoo account, Yahoo Mail, My Yahoo, Yahoo Finance or any other Yahoo features, please check your account preference setup. This is located under Options - Account Information - Edit Your Marketing Preferences. You may notice that ALL of them have the "yes" box checked (mine did) even though you did nothing to opt-in for these "value added services." You need to check the "no" boxes to avoid the spam
