sdg seat ?

anyone else have problems with fit on the sdg complete seat? Its fitted to the tank and subframe correctly but the rear mounts are so far off I cant get the bolts in, not even if star jones was sitting on it. that being said, drilling up a few shims would make it work fine Im sure, the price is very good for a complete seat assembly , but when I buy bolt on's I like for them to just well, bolt on.

do a search on the SDG, people have had mixed luck with them.

Funny thing I just got one for my 98 cr250 and rear mounts jacked the back end up so much that I could stick my whole hand between it and the fender. I called them and they said they would send some different brackets to lower the seat in the rear. We'll see.

heard of some Yamaha guys complain of looseness, that's about it.

Mine fit OK, but there is a gap in the back that is larger than stock.

I went through 3 before I finally got one to fit "fairly" correct on my KTM.

Chinese junk IMO.
