Anyone checked out the new Alpinestar Tech 7 boots yet? They look like a Tech 10 without the bootie, with an extra buckle, and without the extra $200.

I'm thinkin' hard about a pair . . .

I definitely need new boots. I'm also trying to find any shops closing out Tech 6's. I called a few but they have not lowered the price of the 6's yet. I'm interested in trying on the 7's as well.
