Anyone put once of these on a 2001 WR250F? I'd like to find one for tight rocky singletrack that is easy to install. The latest Dirt Rider has a comparison. The Scott (pricy) and W.E.R look nice. The less welding, drilling and riveting, the better.

I like the Scott's and the bolt on tower. The GPS is a good one too.

I have ridden a few bikes with the WER and they perform well but I prefer the Scott's b/c of the easy adjustability right on the bars. However, you can bust your jaw on the Scott's (which I have done). It is rare for that to happen and was b/c of poor body position when I cased a jump.

I have a Scotts with a bolt on tower on my 2001 WR250F. At first you dont really notice much of a difference but when its off or someone has messed with the adjustment you can really tell. The bike just seems real loose.

If your worried about smacking your jaw you get Renthals with a bowed crossbar from Scotts. I think I paid about $65 mine. Their isnt alot of room but you should be able to modify a bar pad to fit.
