Tech 8 boot problem; PLEASE HELP!!

I just got new tech 8 boots about a month ago. On the right boot(brake pedal boot) around where my ankle bone is and bends, the seam has ripped and is continueing to rip more.(on the part where the stitching is on the INSIDE of the boot.) I cannot find anything that it causing it. But my question is do you know anyway to fix it or prevent it form further damage, and do you know anyone who could fix them??????

Call Alpinestar and inform them of the problem. They will most likely give you an RA# and either repair or replace them. Their customer service is top notch.

Must agree! I had a buckle break a YEAR after I purchased mine. I emailed their Customer Service department and they sent me three new buckles and didn't charge me a penny!

I emailed for some new buckles, received 4 packs of buckles in 2 days, give them a call or email them, great customer service..
