Valvoline 2 Stroke oil

As any body tried this stuff. I saw it checkers last night while buying MX2t for only $2.99. I remember a while back that someone posted that honda's oils are made from valvoline. If it is a good oil, $2.99 is a steal. I just checked the website and it didn't have any specifics.
