As a recently transplanted East-sider (Detroit) I have to say I love the west side! The trails are now within an hour drive instead of 3 hours to the nearest decent loop.

I have some questions about ORV sticker campground access to some of the west side loops/trails that I have never ridden. In particular, is there a campground to access Lincoln Hills and the MCCCT directly (Lincoln Bridge SFCG or Silver Creek SFCG) with only an ORV sticker? I have know you can get there by way of Little Manistee, because I have ridden/camped out of Carrieville before.
Another access question I have is the Grand Traverse loops. Can you access the loops from either Forks SFCG or Sheck's Place SFCG with just an ORV sticker? From the map it looks like the trailhead is about a mile from each campground. One more, can you ride out of the Old 131 campground on to the N. Missaukee trail with just an ORV sticker.

Thanks ahead of time for any info.

You can get your bike to the Grand Traverse trails from Ranch Rudolph, if you walk your bike out of the campground a little ways. I believe this is on the northwest end of the campground. There's a feeder trail (or two tracker) that picks up the Grand Traverse loop.

I can't think of any state forest campground to pick up Lincoln Hills. There may be a private campground near Luther though....

there's a campground in carrieville. it's just like spots to pitcha tent though, you'll have to ride some of the trails to get to lincoln hills though. it's off of kinks highway.
