Suspension (Sag, etc);1990 KTM 300 EXC

I have some basic suspension questions, as well as any info on setting sag for this model.

Front - I do not have any info on oil level for the forks? Also do i bleed the oil out from the bottom only, or do i need to remove them from the bike?

Rear - What sag should i be setting? I weigh ~180lbs with gear.

Any baseline suspension settings (off-road) would also be greatly appreciated. I feel that as of now the front is fine (maybe a bit harsh) but the rear is too soft.

Thanks

Dirt,

Start with 100mm of rider sag. Your oil level sould be set at about 140mm. This is measured with the springs out and the fork full compressed. Use an oil level guage to set it (no real need to remove the forks).
