My brother owns a 1994 KTM 250.It goes not to bad, but it does'nt want to pull the front end.I can wheelie for a quite a distance on my 1996 CR 250, but I can't get the front end to come up on his KTM.Every- one whos rode this bike says the same thing. My freind who rides a 1999 YZ 250 can wheelie really good, he said the same thing I said.It won't pull the front end.It has a new tire on the back, and it has a FMF pipe and silencer, and boyseen rad valve.Whats up?.

I rode a 93 and it ripped so i would say it has serious problems-worn top end/stuck powervalve/bad jetting.Could be lots of things.I would do a comp test and look to chack the powervalve operation.

I owned a '94 250SX and it hauled ass. It was just as fast if not faster as every other 250 made that year.

You've got some sort of problem.....ck compression and the reeds. Mine would eat reeds.
