hi, im wondering if a 74 cr250m downswept would work on a 74 mt250? so far i know they have the same displacment, and the same exact stroke but i know the cylinder and head designs are different. what do you think?
Nope. Won't fit on MT cylinder. You'll need to install CR cylinder and carb to make it work. This is the most common MT hop up. Can usually get cylinder off ebay. I'd call sudco and order a new Mikuni carb, but you can also usually buy an old CR carb off the 'bay, too.
