I've got a 94 CR250 and am planning on a complete frame up rebuild. I'm still trying to determine the weaknesses of this year and the best modifications that I can make.
I'm going to have Eric Gorr do a complete motor rebuild to a 265 big bore. I'm building a low-mid range bike for trail riding in Texas.
Would you suggest a different carb? Suspension changes? Others? I want to do it right the first time and be done with it for awhile.
