Hey guys. I just tried on a pair of AXO RC-5's today b/c I'm in need of a decent boot that will accept my stumps and offer some decent ankle support. Unfortunately, these boots aren't it. I couldn't really tell on the ankle side b/c I just had on my socks and braces(I wear shorts for most of the year:confused: ), but it felt a little lacking. The biggest problem is the room in the calf area. If you have 17" calves and braces, look elsewhere. I could barely get the top buckle closed(yes, it was all the way out) and I got about a 1/4"x1/4" section of velcro to touch. Not good enough for me. The boot itself was comfortable and I liked the buckles, and for the price($229), I could look past the ankle support. All in all, a nice boot, just not one for us think un's w/knee problems.

(Yes, I know, you need to break them in to get a 'real' feel for them, but it they don't work from the get-go, they never will, IMHO)
