Bad vibes ???

I bought a Steering for my WR 250Fa damper kit from Scott but took the solid mounted bar (not the rubber one..) Now I have in my right hand thumb some really special feelings or exactly no more feeling...And it last for 2 or 3 weeks !!!!
Is this the carpal tunnel syndrome ??? Or just vibes ??
What about putting PU foam or other stuff in the bar ???
In your opinion does the WR have a lot of vibrations ?

I've got Scotts damper on my 125 ktm and it's solid mounted bars. I actually found it less stressful on my hands. You may have bruised your hand or hit a nerve, I've done that before and it takes about a 2 months to go away (if it's like mine was) because I continued to ride and kept it sore.
I don't think the damper has anything to do with it but I've never riden a bike like yours.
