I have been MX-ing my bike for a few weeks, and am feeling like Im bouncing up a little after landings. Should I tone down the rebound a little front/rear? Or is this somewhat normal? Im landing from around 6 feet, and my setup is pretty much stock, except the front compression has been turned in 2 clicks. Im also about 225lbs. Any help would be appreciated!

Neo,
Techincaly you need heavier springs so I would think about thatt at some point. I'd raise your oil ht to say 90-100m and I'd just deal with it. As long as your not bouncing more from one end your ok.

Jer

Thanks, Jer. It seems to be equal, both front and rear. I will up the oil level. What would you recommend for springs? The rear seems just about right for me. Thanks for your help.

Wayneo,
If your sag number are good then don't worry about it.. I'd say about .50, 5.6 but the stock ones ( if you have a 01) are real close.

Jer
