Changing Account E-mail?

I'm trying to change my e-mail that I'm registered with. When I enter in my new e-mail it says

The administrator has banned your email address. To contact the administrator click here

Is there something I'm unaware of?

-It's a Google E-mail address. (@gmail.com)
-No profanity/swearing etc. in the address itself.
