WAOW! What a great event!!! 52! Yes! 52 women at the start of the race! It was furnace hot but even hotter was the pace of the race. Jumping in the air, sliding in the turns, breaking hard... what a great show the ladies gave us!
A huge thank you to the Bushwackers, the flagmen, the sweepers and everybody else who helped putting this event together. It was AWESOME!!!
Jennifer was a solid fourth for most of the race and then we lost count of the positions with all the lapped traffic. Can't wait for the results to be posted! I have it all on tape. We watched it last night on the big screen TV.
It was great seeing everybody out there! Susan, Denise, Janet, Jill, Brenda, Cindy... Now we want to hear your stories!!!
