good news
i just sent off for WMA
i cant wait to get my racing number :aj:

does anyone know where i can get used gear
i need a chest protector/boots/pants.

i wear size 40/42 pants (mens)
size 6 shoes womens.
and am not sure of the protector.

just wonded to know and ask.

Check the Thumpertalk classifieds for used gear. I got a Thor Force protector for $50 and Tech 8s for $50. **** has some major blowout sale, too. I got an M2R platinum helmet for $50 there, too. Hmm, I'm beginning to see a pattern ;50 must be the magic number. :D ;)

I looked @ the 4 sale board
but couldnt find anything that would fit me. :bang:

I asked one person but dont think they replyed
so what now.

I have never raced and am kinda scared. :ugg:

Hey,
You could check www.mxsouth.com and www.motorcycle-superstore.com. Look through their discount sections--there are usually some good deals to be found on last year's leftover stock that has been marked way down. I've done pretty good there myself. Of course it's hard to try it on if you order online.

I will look into boots ... I have an old pair of size 6 Fox Formas, which I gave to my mother, who has never touched her TW200 in the 2-3 years she's had it. She's not super excited about riding, which I can't understand ... anyway, I will ask if she ever plans to use them.
