When not riding during the week my neck gets stiff and feels like it needs to pop. Probably doesn't help from all the years of head bangin' I did playing gtr. I try to stretch good before riding but it seems no matter how much I stretch before hand I can count on my neck cracking on the 1st jump landing. After that I'm good for a few days. Any recommendations for workout to improve the flexibility of the neck? I know the muscles tense up causing discomfort.
